The AssetTracker™ module allows operators to select or enter a site identifier, scan locations and scan assets in each location. Data is uploaded to the Inventris database where a variety of reports can be produced either on screen or as a paper copy.
The system can be used to :
- search for an asset (view location and history)
- search for a location (detailing all items at that location) and...
- to produce a complete inventory.
The inventory at a specific location can be downloaded to the batch barcode reader in order to complete an asset reconciliation, where the recorded assets are checked and discrepancies reported.
AssetTracker™ comes as standard with 'Condition Monitor'. This option allows the condition of an asset to be recorded (new, faulty, damaged etc) and a re-check date to be recorded. This option is useful for statutory compliance, such as PAT testing. Warrantee expiry dates can also be recorded, ensuring that faulty goods are repaired under guarantee.
